जिला प्रभारी (District Incharge)
जिला प्रभारी सभी ब्लॉकों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और सामुदायिक कार्यक्रमों का समन्वय और प्रबंधन करते हैं। वे योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन, रिपोर्टिंग और स्वास्थ्य मित्रों एवं सुपरवाइजरों की निगरानी के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं।
मानदेय ₹23,500/माह
स्वास्थ्य मित्र (Swasthya Mitra)
स्वास्थ्य मित्र ग्रामीण इलाकों में जाकर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की जानकारी और सेवाएं लोगों तक पहुंचाते हैं। वे जागरूकता फैलाने के साथ-साथ स्थानीय समुदायों के साथ स्वास्थ्य जांच और सेवाओं का समन्वय करते हैं।
मानदेय: ₹8,800/माह
कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर (Computer Operator)
कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर स्वास्थ्य मित्रों और ब्लॉक स्तर के डेटा को डिजिटल रूप से रिकॉर्ड और संरक्षित करते हैं। वे योजनाओं की जानकारी और रिपोर्टिंग के लिए आवश्यक डिजिटल दस्तावेज़ों का प्रबंधन भी करते हैं।
मानदेय: ₹8,800/माह

महिला सिलाई केंद्र के माध्यम से सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा
महिला सिलाई केंद्र महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। इन केंद्रों के माध्यम से महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भर बन सकती हैं, जिससे उनके जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव आता है। Kutumb द्वारा स्थापित सिलाई केंद्रों में महिलाएं न सिर्फ सिलाई-कढ़ाई की कला सीखती हैं, बल्कि उन्हें व्यावसायिक कौशल भी सिखाए जाते हैं, जिससे वे अपना छोटा व्यवसाय शुरू कर सकें।
